Medasource Customer Experience AssociateMedasource is looking to hire a Customer Experience Associate for our national headquarters located in Indianapolis, IN. Medasource is a national healthcare and life sciences recruiting and consulting firm. We partner with healthcare and life science companies and provide them with national talent for their staff and project related needs.The Customer Experience Associate will assist in creating and providing a white glove service to our consultants and clients. The role will require you to talk with our current and prospective consultants and provide first line communication for their concerns and questions.Responsibilities:Aid and assist the recruiting and sales teams in handling client and consultant questionsProvide timely responses to inquiries regarding pay, benefits, time portal issues etc.Monitor company experience surveys and determine areas for improvementAssist headquarters staff with improving consultant and client interactions and servicesMonitor support email weekly to handle Tier 1 questions from the fieldProvide creative solutions for frequently asked questionsContinuously improve the experience we provide to our clients and consultantsEscalate situations to internal staff as neededRequirements:Previous customer service experience preferredAbility to work in an efficient manner and execute daily tasksComfortability talking with clients and consultants via email, phone, web chat etc.Strong work ethic and ability to grow within the roleEight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law
