Developer

The Email Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and coding engaging internal and customer-facing email campaigns, microsites, and digital assets that support the marketing initiatives and drive customer engagement and product sales. This role combines creative design with front-end development to deliver high-quality, responsive digital experiences across automotive, parts and service, and enterprise marketing initiatives.W2 only (no C2C)Contract Hybrid in Torrance, CA 4 days a weekWorking as an in-house resource, the Email Developer partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate creative briefs into effective digital campaigns while reducing reliance on external agencies. This position owns the end-to-end development process, including coding, QA, UAT, testing, and deployment, while ensuring campaigns align with brand standards and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and code responsive email campaigns and microsites from concept through deployment.Build, test, QA, and perform UAT for HTML emails across multiple email clients and devices.Collaborate with marketing, creative, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into effective digital campaigns.Develop customer-facing and internal marketing assets, including email campaigns, banner ads, landing pages, social assets, and web content.Provide graphic design support, including layout design, icon creation, logo development, photo retouching, and vector artwork.Ensure all creative assets meet brand, accessibility, and responsive design standards.Troubleshoot rendering issues and optimize email performance across platforms.Stay current with email development technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.Required Qualifications3–5 years of professional experience in email development or front-end development.Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPScript (required).Experience writing and troubleshooting AMPScript and familiarity with SQL.Expertise in responsive email design and front-end development.Experience building responsive layouts using Bootstrap.Experience performing email QA, testing, and UAT across multiple email clients and devices.The pay range for this position is 40-44/hr.
