You'll gain experience with tools, machinery, and quality systemsall while advancing your technical capabilities in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.What YOU will doSet up workstations, assemble components, load parts, and operate basic tools and semi-automatic equipment.Follow procedures, routings, and written instructions accurately to produce high-quality parts with zero defects.Identify and escalate part defects, ensuring all products meet customer expectations, deadlines, and safety standards.Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and 5S activities.Rotate across workstations based on business needs to build versatility and support production flow.Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.Complete all required training, maintain certifications, and stay compliant with quality systems and safety standards.Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors on status, issues, or conditions affecting quality or output.1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:00AM-3:30PM and work overtime, including weekends, as neededPhysical & Work Environment Requirements:Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 lbs.
