In this role, you will:Identify and manage delinquent lease pass-through (LE) accountsSupport collections by analyzing and structuring aging reportsEnsure timely service shutoffs for truly delinquent accounts through a structured 5-day notice processMaintain accurate, up-to-date account records across multiple systemsAnalyze aging data to identify trends, prioritize accounts, and create targeted action lists to guide collectors’ effortsThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across departments, and keeping complex processes running smoothly.What You’ll DoLease Account CoordinationReview E-automate and lease company aging reports to identify delinquent lease accounts, with a focus on 90–120+ day past-due balancesUse lease company portals (DLL, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, CFS, PEAC, Verdant, LEAF) to confirm account status, payment history, and balancesReview delinquency reports and communicate updates to leadership, including VPs, Branch Managers, and Billing Account Managers (BAMs)Partner with Contracts and local branches to resolve accounts that are not truly delinquent (e.g., already paid, buyouts, pending upgrades)Initiate and manage the 5-day service shutoff process for confirmed delinquent accountsAccurately track account statuses and maintain clear notes in E-automateEscalate complex or high-impact accounts (e.g., bankruptcy, large customers, multiple leases) to Legal when appropriateAging & Collections SupportPull, organize, and structure aging reports from E-automatePrepare reporting to support collectors and overall collections strategyTrack trends and identify high-priority accounts for follow-upAssist in building and maintaining strategic “hot lists” for the collections teamDelinquency Workflow ManagementSend internal pre-notifications to Sales Representatives and BAMs prior to issuing 5-day shutoff noticesIssue formal 5-day service shutoff notices to customers with clear next steps and expectationsMonitor accounts during the notice period and verify payment status with lease companiesCoordinate with territory collectors to initiate service termination when requiredTrack account progress and maintain reporting in Excel and internal systemsProvide weekly status updates to Legal (e.g., In Review, 5-Day Notice Sent, Services Terminated)Ensure all account documentation and notes are clear, accurate, and consistently updatedWhat You Bring1–3 years of experience in administrative support, accounts receivable, collections, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfort working with data, aging reports, and ExcelExperience with CRM/ERP systems (E-automate preferred)Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks, follow structured processes, and meet deadlinesWhy You’ll Love Working HereOpportunity to collaborate closely with sales, finance, operations, and legal Hands-on experience with reporting, aging analysis, and collections workflowsStable, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment with room to growComprehensive BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with employer matchPaid Vacation, Sick Leave, and PTOFSA programDiversity & Inclusion at POAWe believe diverse perspectives drive innovation and long-term success.
