About The RolePincus Goodman P.C. is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist / Office Assistant to support our growing law firm. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and firm needs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and capable of managing a fast-paced front office environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.ScheduleMonday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PMCompensation$15.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experienceKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phoneAnswer and manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiencySchedule appointments and maintain organized calendarsAssist attorneys and staff with administrative and operational tasksPrepare, organize, and manage documents and office recordsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environmentQualificationsPrior front desk or receptionist experience requiredExperience with multi-line phone systems strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and ExcelFamiliarity with QuickBooks or billing software is a plusStrong communication skills and professional phone presenceHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environmentDependable, punctual, and team-orientedAdditional InformationLegal office experience is a plus but not requiredOpportunity for growth into a full-time positionApplication InstructionsPlease submit your resume for consideration.
