A DAY IN THE LIFE Responsible for fulfilling orders by pulling inventory, packaging, and shipping all customer orders with precision, ensuring timely delivery Supervise a team responsible for order processing, jersey pressing, and fulfillment tasks Press and customize jerseys according to customer specifications while maintaining high quality standards Monitor inventory levels both online and in-store to ensure accurate stock availability Conduct regular inventory counts, reconciling any discrepancies, and updating stock numbers as needed Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and fully stocked with packaging and supplies Provide exceptional customer service both online and over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach Train, manage, and motivate team members for order fulfillment, jersey pressing, and customer service to maintain high service standards Improve upon and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations Ensure your team is well-prepared to handle high-pressure situations during peak shopping times, such as game days and holidays Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement changes as needed Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
