Lab Tech Entry

Key Responsiblities & AccountabilitiesThe Entry-Level Lab Technician of INEOS KOH performs basic wet chemistry testing, such as pH, conductivity titrations, and gravimetric analysis. This role requires the use of instrumentation including densitomers, Mercury CVAA, and spectrophotometers. They are responsible for the preparation of normalization of reagents, as well as the certification and release of chemical shipments in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT).In addition, the role is responsible for the calibration of laboratory equipment. One must be knowledgeable with using MS Word and MS Excel, maintaining data entry and keeping a detailed lab notebook. They will also use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to complete analysis and will use basic algebra to complete stoichiometric calculations.
