Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the full scope of projects to ensure financial success and confirm all deadlines are metParticipate in pre-bid meetings, bid strategy, and presentation meetings as requestedActing point of contact for owners, internal staff, subcontractors, architects, & engineersSeamless communication and collaboration with other project managersWork in partnership with Superintendents and other onsite team membersOnsite collaboration to ensure project safety at all timesOther duties as needed and assignedTo oversee diverse commercial projects across the Chicagoland area.Requirements :JOC Experience RequiredPreferably hold a BS in Construction Management or EngineeringPossess 5-10 years of construction project management experienceStrong skills in Customer Service, Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving, and Negotiation
