Office Assistant

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor. ```Duties``` - Provide administrative support to the office staff - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Assist with phone systems and handle customer inquiries - Maintain office supplies and inventory - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in an office environment preferred - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
