Marketing Manager Location: Ozark, Missouri - In Office (Monday - Friday) We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can translate company growth objectives into measurable pipeline and market expansion initiatives.This role partners closely with executive leadership to support revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and execute targeted industry strategies across multiple markets. The Marketing Manager will work alongside a dedicated Data & Systems Lead and Sales leadership team to turn strategic direction into qualified opportunities and measurable business outcomes.This is not a content only or social media role. It is a player/coach - strategic position focused on pipeline generation, market positioning, industry targeting, and revenue development.Key Responsibilities1. Pipeline ContributionLead marketing initiatives that contribute to pipeline growth and qualified opportunitiesDevelop and execute pipeline generation initiatives across targeted industriesContinuously optimize lead quality, engagement, and campaign effectiveness2. Market & Vertical StrategySupport identification and prioritization of high growth industries and market opportunitiesDevelop vertical specific marketing strategies, including:--Target accounts and buyer personas--Industry positioning and messaging3. Campaign Strategy & ExecutionDesign and manage integrated marketing campaigns across:--Digital marketing (SEO, paid search, email)--Content initiatives--Industry specific campaigns4. Performance Analytics & OptimizationUse data and analytics to:--Evaluate campaign performance--Identify funnel bottlenecks--Support strategic decision makingWork closely with the Data & Systems Lead to ensure accurate reporting, attribution, and visibility into pipeline performance5.
