Machine Operator Surface Mount

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We have immediate openings for individuals withfamiliarity with Surface Mount (SMT) Operations. These positions loadand/or run the Surface Mount Placement machine (Pick and Place) tomanufacture printed circuit board assemblies. Opportunities available on1st and 2nd shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project athand. Prep boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer. Load feedersand magazines to ensure machine optimization. Verify component andmanufacturing part number accuracy against B.O.M. Evaluate componentsfor conformance and sufficient quantity. Perform preventative andgeneral maintenance on machines. Keep an accurate count of product atyour workstation while inspecting every piece for defects CompetenciesTechnical Capacity Problem Solving/analysis Results DrivenOrganizational Skills Time Management Attention to Detail TeamworkOriented Required Education And Experience High School Diploma Orequivalent (GED). Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technologyor related field preferred. Mydata, Mycronic, and ASM softwareExperience Preferred. Knowledge Of Electronic Components And Equipment.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
