We are currently expanding our sales floor and looking for driven professionals to join our growing team.Role SummaryThe Loan Officer Trainee role is a comprehensive sales and licensing program designed to teach you the mortgage industry from the ground up. This program offers hands-on, active sales floor experience where you will learn how to generate business, qualify prospects, and seamlessly transfer clients to our Senior Loan Officers. Once you demonstrate consistent success in lead generation, Lending Force will fully sponsor your NMLS licensing to transition you into a full Loan Officer role.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute a high volume of outbound phone calls daily to prospective clients using company-provided lead lists (no self-sourcing required).Introduce lending products and clearly explain the benefits of refinancing, new home purchases, and rate comparisons.Qualify leads by accurately gathering necessary client information, including income range, credit profile, and property statusIdentify strong prospects and seamlessly transfer them to licensed Loan Officers to complete the application processMaintain consistent follow-up with warm leads via phone and email to nurture interestDocument all client communications, call outcomes, and pipeline updates accurately within the CRM (Salesforce)Adhere strictly to all industry compliance guidelines and company policies during all communicationsQualifications & RequirementsCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to confidently speak with diverse clients over the phoneDrive & Work Ethic: High energy and resilience, with a strong comfort level working in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound call environmentAttention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records in a CRMCoachability: Receptive to training, feedback, and mentorship from senior leadership and top producersExperience: Previous experience in outbound sales, customer service, or appointment setting is highly preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidateCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base pay plus commission during trainingTransition to a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure upon NMLS licensingComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company matchThe best in-house processing team to streamline your files once licensedOur Troy Office AmenitiesWe believe in supporting our team’s health and well-being.
