Salary and Benefits Base salary: $110,000 to $130,000 (dependent on experience) Sign-on bonus: Paid 50% upfront, 50% after one year Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday) CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued) 10-11 paid holidays annually Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500 DEA and license reimbursement NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen Responsibilities 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours Deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care including well-child exams, immunizations, and acute and chronic care management Provide care to newborns, children, and adolescents in a community-based setting Collaborate closely with supervising physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure high-quality outcomes Educate patients and families on preventive health, growth, and development Participate in a team-oriented environment and help support newer providers Requirements Clear and active Physician Assistant license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility) National certification as a Physician Assistant Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Strong commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
