Job Title: Operations Supervisor/Client Relationships Company: LEAMS (Law Enforcement Administrative & Management Services) – www.leams.netLocation: West Houston (Park Ten Place & I-10) – In-office Monday through FridaySalary: 52k-70K per year range (commensurate with experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing team at LEAMS. In this role, you will oversee the scheduling, deployment, and management of off-duty law enforcement officers for security services, executive protection, and emergency response operations.This position combines strong operational leadership with client-facing responsibilities. You will directly assist the President of the company in building and maintaining key business relationships, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, helping to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for service expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a large team of off-duty officers (30+ personnel), providing guidance, performance oversight, and operational support.Manage complex scheduling, deconfliction, and deployment of personnel across multiple client sites, events, and emergency needs using specialized software systems.Conduct last-minute site visits and assessments as required to ensure operational readiness and quality control.Build and maintain strong client relationships on behalf of the President, including regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive support to drive client retention and business growth.Assist with business development activities, such as client meetings, proposal support, and identifying new opportunities in security and law enforcement services.Travel up to 25% for client sites, deployments, or meetings (all expenses paid via company credit card).Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Suite, and internal scheduling platforms to project, plan, track, and report on operations with a high degree of accuracy.Multitask effectively across administrative, supervisory, and client-facing demands in a fast-paced environment.Ideal Candidate QualificationsMinimum 6 years of supervisory experience in the security industry, with direct oversight of 30 or more personnel; comparable supervisory experience in related fields will also be considered.Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling, resource allocation, and deconfliction under tight deadlines.Strong administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Workspace, and learning new software platforms quickly.Reliable personal transportation for occasional last-minute site visits.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and relationship building.Professional demeanor suitable for representing the company with law enforcement agencies, corporate clients, and high-profile accounts.This is a dynamic role ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a security-focused environment and enjoys both operational management and client relationship development.
