Licensing Paralegal
DescriptionWe are looking for a Licensing Paralegal to join our team in the Service industry located in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Licensing Paralegal, you will be responsible for determining the need for certain trade and contractor licenses, assisting in obtaining them, and working alongside our tax department to dissolve other entities.Responsibilities Conduct state licensing research to determine current status and requirements for obtaining licenses Apply for licenses and ensure they are in the correct entity Assist in transitioning work to the Inframark entity from legacy acquisition entity Maintain records of business licenses and licensing processes Use software such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), Case Management Software, and CompuLaw for various tasks Manage billing functions and calendar management activities Administer claims and communicate effectively with various departments Handle briefing duties as required Utilize your skills in communication, business licenses, and licensing to enhance our operations Ensure all activities are compliant with legal regulations and standards.Requirements Proficiency in Aderant and Adobe Acrobat software. Experience with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS). Proficiency in using Case Management Software. Familiarity with CompuLaw. Ability to perform Billing Functions. Experience in Briefing and Calendar Management. Knowledge of Claim Administration. Strong Communication skills.
