About the Role: As a Residential Painting Project Manager and Estimator professional, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are estimated accurately, executed smoothly, and completed to Greenleaf’s exacting standards. You’ll be the bridge between customers, crews, and leadership—helping us deliver the quality and professionalism we’re known for. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing things the right way. What You’ll Do: · Conduct residential painting estimate appointments, prepare written estimates, and follow up with prospective customers · Oversee multiple job sites from start to finish, including job kickoffs and closeouts · Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers, painters, and management · Ensure crews understand expectations for quality, safety, and performance · Track job costs, timelines, and profitability · Verify that all completed work meets Greenleaf’s standards and fully satisfies the customer · Purchase and deliver materials as needed · Keep company vans maintained (oil changes, inspections, etc.) · Maintain a calm, professional, friendly demeanor—even in challenging situations What You’ll Bring: · 5+ years of in-home residential painting experience · 5+ years of sales/estimating experience · 3+ years of multi-site project management experience · Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills · A professional appearance and demeanor · Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to quality · Ability to lift 30 lbs without assistance · Valid driver’s license (required) · High school diploma or GED (required) · Spanish fluency is a plus · Carpentry experience is a plus · Must live within 30 minutes of Lawrenceville, NJ · Availability to work 45–50 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM Benefits: · 401(k) with company match · Paid holidays · Paid time off · Stable, full-time schedule · Supportive, professional team environment Qualifying Questions: · Do you have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license? · Do you have 5+ years of residential painting experience? · Do you have 5+ years of sales/estimating experience? · Do you have 3+ years of multi-site project management experience? · Do you speak Spanish? · Are you able to lift 30 lbs? · Do you live within 30 minutes of Lawrenceville, NJ?
