They boast excellent employee retention because they invest in their associates, fostering a collegial environment where people don't take themselves too seriously, even while handling complex, sophisticated matters.The WorkYou will handle a diverse portfolio of complex business and financial services litigation in both state and federal courts, including:Financial Services Litigation: Representing banks, lenders, servicers, and investors in complex disputes and defending against allegations of consumer protection law violations.Statutory Defense: Navigating claims under TCPA, FDCPA, TILA, FHA, ECOA, FCRA, RESPA, SCRA, and analogous state statutes.Commercial Disputes: Managing matters involving breach of contract, construction defects, and high-level real estate transactions.RequirementsTo maintain the high standards required by their client base, the firm is seeking candidates with top-tier credentials:Experience: 2+ years of relevant litigation experience (Financial Services or Complex Commercial).Licensure: Active member of the California State Bar.Academics: Exceptional academic record (Top 10% of graduating class preferred).Writing/Research: Law Review or Journal experience is highly valued.Productivity: A commitment to a 2,000 billable hour requirement.Why This Firm?Partnership Track: Unlike \"churn and burn\" shops, this firm brings people in to stay.
