Paragon has partnered with Reef as we currently work on a wide variety of projects, including Black Desert Resort in Ivins, UT and Marcella, near Park City, UT.Position SummaryWe are looking for a strong, hands-on Crew Leader to lead field operations and keep projects running efficiently, safely, and at a high level of quality. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage people, stay organized, and get work done.ResponsibilitiesLead daily field operations and ensure work is completed safely and efficientlySupervise crew members and assign tasks on-siteCoordinate short-term scheduling to meet production goals Purchase, stage, and manage materials, tools and equipment Maintain high-quality standard on all work performedEnforce safety policies and company procedures Track and report labor hours, production progress and job issues Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and skills QualificationsProven experience in landscaping, construction or hardscaping Leadership experience managing crews in the field Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to read plans and execute scope of work Organized and dependable Ability to work outdoors in all conditions Valid driver licensed Preferred QualificationsExperience in landscape Maintenance (mowing, irrigation, pruning, seasonal clean up) Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic troubleshooting/repairs Experience operating landscape and light construction equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, Etc)Experience with job tracking, timekeeping, or production reporting. Ability to train and develop crew members in field operations Osha safety knowledge or prior safety training. Licensed Commercial Pesticide ApplicatorFluency in both English and Spanish (would be helpful)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
