Registered Nurse Short-Term Care

Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN for our Short and Long-Term Care units.
$36 to $45.50 per hour based on experience and shift differential
Full, Part-Time and Perdiem: Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available.
$150 Weekend Pickup Shift Bonus

Registered Nurse - RN for our Short-Term Care Qualifications:
MA RN - Registered Nurse License.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be self-motivated and function as an “in charge" person.
Long-Term Care experience preferred.
BLS certification.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
PCC experience a bonus!
Registered Nurse - RN for our Short-Term Care Job Summary:
Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner.
Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians.
Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.
Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
