Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for deep foundation and earth retention systemsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports to develop accurate pricingIdentify risks, scope gaps, and cost drivers during the bidding processCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop constructible solutionsConduct site visits and pre-bid evaluations as neededPresent proposals and support client discussions and negotiationsMaintain consistent follow-up on submitted bids to improve win ratesEnsure smooth handoff of awarded projects to project management teamsSupport change order pricing and post-bid revisionsQualifications2+ years of experience in heavy civil or geotechnical construction estimatingBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredStrong knowledge of earth retention, ground improvement, and deep foundation systemsExperience working with general contractors, engineers, and project ownersProficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and CRM platformsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel for site visits as required
