Senior Account Executive - Consumer Technology

This role is essential in partnering with account leads to secure ongoing and news coverage for one of our Fortune 50 clients, while also expanding our integrated marketing and communications services. You will play a pivotal role in supporting one of the agency's largest and fastest-growing accounts, utilizing your deep understanding of the consumer tech media landscape.We are looking for a passionate media professional who is proactive, curious, and eager to engage with the latest industry news. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.If you are excited by this opportunity, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with account leads to secure proactive media and announcement-led coverage for our client.Contribute innovative pitch ideas to the team.Utilize your knowledge of the consumer tech media landscape to support client objectives.Draft tactical plans for product announcements, software updates, and relevant awards submissions.QualificationsMust-haves:4-6 years of experience in PR for consumer brands.A genuine passion for media and the consumer tech industry.Experience managing product reviews.Strong media relations skills.Existing relationships with consumer tech reporters are a plus.A proactive attitude with a drive to forge new media contacts.Excellent verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly.Experience working with reputable tier 1 media outlets.A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional writing skills with effective communication abilities.Able to work cross-functionally across various teams within the agency.Nice-to-haves:Previous experience in an agency setting.Experience conducting media reviews programs.Familiarity with consumer subscription services.Experience with wearable products.A keen interest in Health & Wellness.
