This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. The role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing company standards, optimizing client experiences, and driving regional performance goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members and leadership to maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.QualificationsOperations Management and strategic planning capabilitiesExperience in the wellness, fitness or alike fieldRecord of success in team leadership, staff training, and performance managementProficiency in customer service management and resolving client concernsAnalytical and problem-solving skills for achieving operational objectivesFamiliarity with wellness, health, or body sculpting industries is a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
