Job Description Dear Garden Associates, Inc. is an established landscape company in Bucks County, PA, specializing in the design, installation and maintenance of detailed gardens and outdoor environments. We are seeking individuals to join our group who are passionate about gardens and enjoy being part of a team.Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to be a team player are a must!Qualifications:3+ years experience installing plant materials and hardscapingValid Driver's License and a clean driving recordProficient with the use of landscape tools and equipment: Skid Steer, Backhoe, Tiller, hand and power tools, etc.Be physically capable of performing tasks pertaining to the installation of a garden.Working knowledge of plant materials, focused on trees, shrubs, and perennials in hardiness zones 6 and 7Experience with construction of walls, patios and other hardscape structures using natural stone a PLUSExcellent work ethic with a positive attitudeCommunicate with clients and inform supervisor of special requests, problems, etc.Complete daily paperworkLooking for reliable, punctual, self-motivated people!Compensation:Paid vacation, paid holidays, Simple IRA, health and dental benefits.
