Dot Net Developer

DOT NET DEVELOPER: Design and write program specifications and code for complex distributed systems enhancements and new web application development. Write and test complex routines. Revise and implement testing modules and apply appropriate analysis techniques. Apply and evaluate various development tools to successfully perform assigned functions by performing program analysis, coding, testing and implementation. Work with agency users in the planning and designing of new distributed development. Interpret application techniques to users. Provide technical support to users and user groups. Make recommendations to management regarding changes and design of new applications. Monitor systems environments, interfaces, data structures and other architectural aspects to ensure they are cohesive, effective, and responsive. Assist with development of training documents and training guides. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering or software engineering. plus 18 months experience as a Dot Net Developer or software developer. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with the following: Microsoft C#.Net, MVC, JQuery, and Responsive Design, Test Driven Design and Unit Testing methodology, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft Azure, Visual Studio 2012 and later, HTML, Development Methodologies: working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environment, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint, Team Foundation Server.
