Job SummaryRole OverviewThe Global Talent Acquisition Operations Director leads the design, execution, and continuous evolution of the global Talent Acquisition Operating model. This role ensures recruiting programs, systems, governance, and analytics scale effectively across regions while delivering consistent, high‑quality, and inclusive hiring outcomes.Serving as a strategic partner to regional TA leaders, business executives, and HR Centers of Excellence, this leader enables a world‑class, data‑driven talent acquisition function that supports both near‑term hiring needs and long‑term workforce strategy. The role will be onsite at our St. Petersburg office location.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal TA Strategy & Program LeadershipDefine and lead the global TA operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and future workforce needs. Design, launch, and govern global recruiting programs, including employee referrals, assessment selection strategies, and candidate experience initiatives. Own end‑to‑end program lifecycle management: strategy, design, governance, rollout, adoption, measurement, and optimization. Establish clear global standards while enabling regional flexibility to meet local market, regulatory, and business requirements. Stakeholder Partnership & Workforce PlanningPartner closely with regional TA leaders to ensure global programs scale effectively and drive consistent outcomes across all geographies. Collaborate with business leaders, Workforce Planning, and HR partners to support early talent and long‑range hiring strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on recruiting operations, market trends, capacity planning, and TA performance. Operational Excellence, Data & InnovationOptimize TA processes, workflows, and governance models for scalability, efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience. Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to measure performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor external recruiting trends and emerging technologies to evolve TA capabilities and maintain competitive advantage. Lead the evaluation, implementation, and global adoption of AI‑enabled HR and recruiting technologies, ensuring responsible use and strong change management. QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree required. 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Recruiting Strategy. Proven success designing, scaling, and governing global recruiting programs in complex, matrixed organizations. Strong program and project management expertise, with experience leading cross‑functional, global initiatives. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups. Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills. Track record of successfully launching and scaling AI‑enabled HR or recruiting tools globally. PreferredMaster's degree preferred. Exposure to global compliance, data privacy, and regional hiring regulations.
