Android Developer

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer with strong experience in native Android development using Java and Kotlin. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex projects, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality mobile applications in an Agile environment. Primary Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize native Android applications using Java and Kotlin. Lead technical design and development for medium to large-scale Android projects. Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences. Analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and participate in Agile/Scrum development. Prototype and evaluate new technologies, features, and development approaches. Manage code, configurations, releases, and environment controls across multiple environments. Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and provide technical guidance. Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience developing native Android applications. Strong hands-on experience with Java and Kotlin. Experience delivering and maintaining applications published on the Google Play Store. Experience serving as a technical lead on complex projects. Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Experience working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with JavaScript and React Native. Experience developing RESTful APIs and server-side applications using Node.js or similar frameworks.
