Please Note: We are unable to provide US sponsorship for this positionPosition: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Durham, NCPay: $80,000 to $140,000/yearExperience: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial process development.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.Type: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmGreene Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team!Job DescriptionLead equipment evaluation, vendor comparison, and selection processes to support aggressive production scaling and quality objectives.Own assigned manufacturing processes, including equipment requirements, process development, commissioning activities, qualification, and production ramp-up.Support heavy manufacturing operations, including alloy production, casting, jet milling, powder production, pressing, and sintering processes.Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve throughput, yield, equipment reliability, and overall operational efficiency.Monitor OEE metrics, cycle times, and production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and capacity expansion.Manage technical schedules, project deliverables, budgets, and vendor performance to meet company milestones and customer commitments.Provide hands-on support during production startup, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and stabilizing manufacturing operations.Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop innovative manufacturing methods and future production strategies.Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and quality standards across manufacturing activities.Support equipment development reviews and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), including occasional travel as needed (estimated under 25%).Position RequirementsStrong hands-on CAD experience, including complex equipment design and validation.Experience performing engineering calculations related to electrical and pneumatic systems.Proven experience with heavy custom equipment design, vendor management, and full-cycle commissioning.Advanced knowledge of manufacturing documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, and Work Instructions.Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and pneumatic diagrams.Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
