- Object oriented analysis and design (OOA&D)
- Experience with Java EE technologies like JAX-RS and JPA.Experience with Gradle/Maven.
Pluses:
Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab CI.Experience with Kafka.
Experience with Spring framework/Spring Boot.
Experience with data visualization, metrics, and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, etc.
Experience with a container framework such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux containers, etc.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React/Redux, Node.js, AngularJS, etc.
Experience with JVM tuning.
Experience debugging/troubleshooting
Will they be working on legacy workflows or the TALON platform? (if TALON, Platform is more relevant) TALON – REST API, Kafka, and possibly React/ReduxWill they be creating services from scratch or just exposing/consuming services? Both, creating and exposing/consuming
What versions of Java will they be working with? Java 8Will they be required to be onsite? Contractor can be remote but needs to work according to central time zone.
Will you need the supplier to issue equipment to the resource (e.g. laptop)? The supplier will issue if needed.
