This is a unique opportunity to support both ourNewborn Nurseryand expandingLevel III NICU, while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of one of South Florida's most desirable communities.Your Role at a GlanceSchedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating weekendsStaffing Model:4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hoursResponsibilities:Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nurseryAttend high-risk deliveriesOversee daily responsibilities in the nurseryCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based careAbout Wellington Regional Medical CenterWRMCis a233-bed acute care hospitalserving western Palm Beach County.
