This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30AM – 4:00PM Overtime, 5-10 hours per weekPay: $18/hour (based on experience)Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain restrooms and locker rooms (sinks, toilets, floors, mirrors, trash, and supplies) Clean offices, including vacuuming/mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and emptying trash Maintain breakrooms, including cleaning appliances, tables, floors, and trash bins Clean hallways, entrances, and common areas (floors, windows, surfaces) Use cleaning products such as disinfectants and surface cleaners safely and effectively Follow 5S standards to maintain a clean and organized workspace Work efficiently to keep up with daily cleaning demandsQualifications: Previous work experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role (walking, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching) Must have a sense of urgency and strong work pace Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Strong work ethic and reliabilityDress Code: Black pants (jeans or cargo pants) – no yoga pants, capris, or sweatpants Black t-shirt or sweatshirt Steel-toed boots/shoes requiredAbout Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
