DescriptionCompany: LiveTrends Design GroupPosition: Maintenance AssistantReports to: Maintenance ManagerPosition The Facilities Maintenance Assistant will be helping with a variety of facilities maintenance projectsSpecific AccountabilitiesConducts routine maintenance to Warehouse and Greenhouse facilitiesAssists in preparing and building fixtures for tradeshowsActs as backup to box truck drivers if applicableAssists shipping and receiving team when time allows RequirementsSpecific Skills & RequirementsRequires basic construction knowledgeBasic HVAC knowledge a plusGreenhouse maintenance experience desiredPrevious experience driving a box truckAbility to pay attention to the smallest detailsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
