Join Sensient Technologies as a Sample Lab Technician. This position is responsible for locating, preparing, compounding, labeling, packing, shipping samples, and managing all associated documentation both domestically and internationally. The role works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Technical and Quality teams to manage daily priorities and ensure timely sample delivery.
Responsibilities
Prepare, compound, label, package and ship samples for domestic and international customers.
Maintain sample inventory, raw materials and packaging supplies to support ongoing requests.
Generate and review required shipping, safety, regulatory and customer documentation.
Monitor sample turnaround times and help ensure timely delivery of customer requests.
Maintain organized sample libraries and retained sample records.
Communicate delays, issues or special requirements to internal stakeholders.
Follow laboratory safety procedures and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
Experience working in a laboratory, compounding, manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
Ability to learn laboratory techniques, shipping requirements and safety procedures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Attention to detail when handling samples, documentation and inventory.
Ability to safely lift and move materials as part of daily responsibilities.

Pay Range
The hourly rate for this position is $25.37–$28.67 per hour USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training and labor market conditions.
