Associate Producer

PHLY Sports is looking for an Associate Producer to help power our daily live and digital coverage ofPhiladelphia sports. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has strong technical skills, and understands how to create engaging content for passionate sports fans.You’ll support the production of live shows, podcasts, video clips, and social content across PHLY’s digital platforms, working closely with talent and the broader content team.What You’ll Do• Produce and execute live daily shows across YouTube and podcast platforms• Set up and manage studio equipment for live and recorded productions• Edit video and audio content for digital distribution• Create graphics and visual elements for shows and social content• Clip, format, and package content for multiple platforms• Collaborate with hosts, producers, and content teams to deliver compelling programming• Troubleshoot technical issues during live productions• Maintain a high production standard across all contentQualifications• 2+ years of experience in live production, digital media, broadcasting, or related environments• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, and After Effects• Experience working with live production equipment and workflows• Familiarity with Ecamm, Rodecaster, and live streaming platforms• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines• Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects• Understanding of social media and digital content distributionPreferred Qualifications• Experience producing sports content• Familiarity with YouTube production and optimization• Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability• Passion for Philadelphia sports and local teamsInterested candidates should submit a resume and portfolio/work samples to: careers@allphly.com
