Data AnalystLocation: Remote with in-person meetings once per monthPay: $125-150k DOEPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, work with relational and cloud data warehousing solutions, build visualizations and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver analytics solutions that improve operational performance and strategic outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analytics and reporting.Design and implement data models and data warehousing solutions to support scalable analytics and reporting needs.Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud to communicate insights to stakeholders.Perform statistical analysis and develop predictive models using R, Python, or SAS as needed to support business questions.Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions within Scrum/Agile frameworks.Work with Databricks and relational databases to manage data processing and large-scale analytics workloads.Document data processes, data lineage, and reporting methodologies to ensure reproducibility and governance.Monitor data quality and implement remediation strategies to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.Provide ad-hoc analyses and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex results into clear recommendations.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytics role.Strong proficiency with SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).Experience with Databricks and developing analytics workflows on distributed platforms.Proficient in Python and/or R for data cleaning, analysis, and modeling; experience with SAS is a plus.Hands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL and ELT pipelines and familiarity with data integration best practices.Experience with data warehousing solutions and dimensional modeling concepts.Proven ability to design dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience ensuring data quality, governance, and documentation standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401k with company match Email Your Resume In Word ToMadeline.Griffin@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
