Overview We are seeking a dedicated School Nurse in Scotch Plains, South River and Franklin Township to join our Team. The School Nurse plays a crucial role in promoting student health and well-being, ensuring a safe and healthy environment conducive to learning. Responsibilities - Provide direct care to students and staff for illness or injury during school hours - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Develop and implement individual healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions - Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed - Maintain accurate health records for all students Nice-to-Have Skills: - Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care Job Types: Contract, Permanent, Per diem Pay: From $42.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Work Location: In person
