Job Title: Business Development ManagerDepartment: SalesAccountability: This position reports to Head, Sales & MarketingResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand and accelerate growth through partnerships across healthcare, industrial, government, and commercial markets.Build and scale partnerships with device manufacturers, solution providers, and platform integratorsIdentify new opportunities for embedded peripherals, private-label programs, and custom engineeringLead the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, contracting, and long-term account growthCollaborate with Engineering, Operations and Sales to deliver tailored solutions that meet regulatory, environmental, and performance requirementsRepresent Man & Machine at trade shows and partner meetingsMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and partner reportingJob Requirements5+ years in business development or strategic partnerships (hardware, medical devices, industrial tech, or peripherals preferred)Strong technical fluency: able to translate customer requirements into product and engineering actionsExperience navigating long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and complex partner ecosystemsProven success building revenueExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skillsA proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work cross-functionallyCompany Details:Man & Machine, Inc is a ISO 9001:2015 certified USA-based manufacturer of waterproof washable I/O devices and custom engineered hardware solutions.
