This is an on-site leadership role in Austin, TX, requiring close collaboration with production teams and direct involvement in driving performance on the floor. This role is ideal for a leader who wants ownership and the opportunity to build, not just manage. You will play a critical role in shaping our manufacturing strategy, implementing scalable systems, and driving operational excellence as we grow.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site manufacturing functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalabilityDevelop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company growth objectivesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across production, cost reduction, and process optimizationOversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocationEstablish and track KPIs to measure performance and drive data-driven improvementsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsOwn and enhance quality management systems and lead certification efforts (ISO, UL, etc.)Build, lead, and develop high-performing manufacturing teamsPartner with engineering and product teams to support new product introduction and scalingImplement systems, tools, and automation to improve manufacturing performanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field7–15+ years of experience in manufacturing5+ years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvementExperience with quality management systems and certifications (ISO, UL, etc.)Experience with ERP systems and production analyticsProven ability to scale manufacturing operations and improve efficiencyStrong leadership and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in renewable energy, solar, or energy storageLean Manufacturing/Six Sigma certificationExperience in high growth environmentsMaster’s degree (MBA or related field)What We OfferCompetitive base salary: up to $200,000 DOEEquity opportunity, providing ownership in the long-term success of Yotta EnergyComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coveragePaid time off and company holidaysHigh-impact leadership role with significant ownership and visibilityOpportunity to build and scale manufacturing within a fast-growing clean energy companyCollaborative, mission driven work environment focused on innovation and sustainabilityWork Authorization RequirementCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.Why Join Yotta EnergyAt Yotta Energy, you won’t be one of many, you’ll be a key leader helping define how our manufacturing scales.
