What You’ll Do Own the full project lifecycle for large-scale MEP construction projects (often $5M–$20M+), with a strong emphasis on electrical systems Lead client communication, serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor Establish and manage project scope, schedule, cost controls, cash flow, quality standards, and resource planning Provide technical leadership and oversight for electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage systems where applicable Provide onsite management and verification of the project installation Drive project strategy, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans Oversee contractors, vendors, and project teams — particularly electrical contractors — to ensure alignment with client goals and high-quality execution Deliver a Superior Client Experience while driving Financial Sustainability Build and expand long-term client relationships, contributing to business development efforts Mentor and develop project managers and team members, strengthening overall team capability Provide leadership in project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives This is more than a PM role — it’s an opportunity to lead complex electrical-focused projects, influence strategy, and help shape the future growth of HEAPY Solutions.
