Engineering Manager – Production Engineering

As Engineering Manager you’ll lead the team that designs, refines, and brings products and manufacturing systems to life across industries ranging from consumer pet products to mission-critical Department of Defense components.This is a hands-on leadership role in a production environment where creativity, smart design, and practical execution matter every day. Our core focus is integrating technology into molding this role is key.About the Engineering TeamOur Engineering Department is where process design meets production reality. We design, implement, and improve everything that flow out to our plant floor—molds, molding machines, robotics, tooling, automation, and the systems that tie it all together.Engineering works side-by-side with Production, Quality, and Sales to ensure ideas are feasible, scalable, and profitable—without losing sight of quality or craftsmanship.The RoleWe’re looking for an Engineering Manager who genuinely enjoys making things, leading technical teams, and designing systems that work beautifully at scale. You’ll provide both technical direction and people leadership, helping engineers and technicians grow while ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to production.You’ll set standards, evaluate feasibility, manage risk, and create clarity—balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.
