As part of the Inside Sales team at ASUS, this position assists the sales team by generating reports, performing data analysis, supporting order processing, and consolidating shipment and allocation information. It also works closely with cross-functional teams to monitor shipment schedules, coordinate account-related activities, and help address customer inquiries, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist sales representatives and North American customer accountsCheck on customer orders, prices and processHandle customer issues, inquiries and returnsGenerate and prepare weekly customer allocation reportsMonitor shipment schedule to ensure timely deliverManage and provide marketing materials for accountsCoordinate with other departments, such as accounting, logistics and marketing(*Job functions are subject to change at any time)Required Qualifications: Years of Education BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalentWork Experience 2 years of related work experienceKnowledge and SkillsWorks well individually and with cross-functional teamsAbility to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and AccessOrganized and detail orientedWorking Conditions: Office Only: Typically works in an office environmentRequires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time $70,304 - $72,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k).
