About the RoleThis is not a traditional Store Manager position. This is a leadership role at the forefront of a unique retail concept, bringing together some of the most innovative and forward-thinking brands in the world.As Store Manager, you set the standard. You are fully immersed in the day-to-day operations, leading from the floor, driving performance, and creating an environment where both the team and the business thrive.You will operate in a high-energy, high-footfall environment where customer expectations are elevated, and product innovation is central to the experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales performance with a strong focus on daily targets, KPI tracking, and continuous optimizationLead from the floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience and setting the tone for excellenceRecruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team with strong product knowledge and selling capabilitiesCoach and develop team members consistently, turning every moment into a performance opportunityBuild and maintain a dynamic, engaging, and results-driven team cultureOversee store operations including scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, and complianceAnalyze and act on key performance metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT, revenue) to drive resultsCollaborate with senior leadership to align store performance with broader business objectivesAct as a brand ambassador across a multi-brand environment, representing premium and innovative productsProfileMinimum 5 years of experience in retail, including at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record of driving strong commercial performance in high-volume environmentsExperience in technology, innovation, or premium consumer brands is highly desirableHands-on leader who thrives on the shop floor and leads by exampleStrong understanding of KPIs and ability to translate data into actionable strategiesDemonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teamsComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-brand environmentPassion for innovation, customer experience, and performance excellenceCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $80,000 – $85,000 USD per yearPerformance-based bonus linked to store resultsIndividual commission structureOpportunity to work in a high-visibility flagship environmentExposure to cutting-edge products and global brandsLegal & Eligibility RequirementsCandidates must have the legal right to work in the United States at the time of applicationVisa sponsorship is not available for this positionEmployment is subject to standard background checks and verification of work authorizationThe company is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion
