Family Medicine or Internal Medicine telehealth in Illinois, centered on steady visit pacing and a quick credentialing path, built to plug in cleanly alongside an existing outpatient schedule.HighlightsPredictable patient flow, capped at up to 4 visits per hour with 30 minute new consults and 15 minute follow ups.Quick ramp up, average credentialing runs about 2 weeks with training and shadowing time included.Weekday only coverage, no call requirements.Care mix driven by metabolic and chronic disease demand, ideal for clinicians who enjoy longitudinal management in a virtual model.Practice Setting100 percent telehealth focused outpatient care.Adult patient population, ages 18+.Common visit types include medical weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CHF, and COPD.Charting in a proprietary EMR with Text Blaze supported workflows.ScheduleMonday through Friday coverage.Clinical hours available from 8a to 8p in your timezone.Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.Shifts are at least 4 hours.Daily and weekly caps in place, no more than 8 hours per day and no more than 40 hours per week.Workflow and VisitsTelehealth visits scheduled with defined appointment lengths for new and follow up encounters.Expect a structured outreach expectation during scheduled time even if a patient does not show.Timecard based tracking for clinical time plus onboarding activities.RequirementsMust be an MD or DO.Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.Active US state licenses, strongly preferred 3 to 4 with a minimum of 2 from: FL, GA, IL, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX.Telehealth experience and strong comfort with technology.Must be located in the United States while providing care.Interested in a weekday telehealth assignment with capped visit volume and a fast start, reach out and I will share the current license priority and next onboarding steps.
