Sr. Full Stack Java Developer (Java/React) – Security & GenAI FocusWe're hiring for a Sr. Application Developer supporting ADP's Insurance Services scrum teams. This is a 50/50 front-end/back-end role — you'll rotate across teams based on need (Java integrations, React front ends, etc.), so versatility matters more than depth in just one stack.Top priorities for this role:🔐 Security-first mindset — this is a security-heavy codebase; experience identifying and hardening against vulnerabilities is key🤖 GenAI-assisted development — team uses GitHub Copilot primarily, some Claude; Amazon Q or Kiro experience also welcome💻 Full-stack flexibility — Java/Spring Boot on the back end, Angular/React on the front endMust-haves:B.S. in CS/Engineering or equivalent experienceJava/JEE, Spring & Spring BootOracle / PL-SQL, JPA/Hibernate or Spring RepositoriesRESTful APIs & Web Services (requirements-driving experience)JavaScript + Angular or ReactJSHTML5/CSS3, automated testing, Git, Jenkins/CIAgile tools (Rally/JIRA/RTC)Hands-on experience integrating AI dev tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to speed delivery, generate tests, and improve code review — plus the ability to critically refactor/harden AI-generated code for security & performanceNice-to-haves:Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Cucumber, MochaSecurity & performance tuning experienceBootstrap or other CSS frameworksMicroservices / cloud-native developmentInsurance domain experience📍 Process: Video screening required, followed by a final onsite interview.
