Salary Range: $96,757 - $170,000DCS is seeking a highly qualified GPS‑BRIE Program Manager to support NAVAIR and NAWCWD Test & Training range operations. The selected candidate will oversee GPS‑BRIE system design, development, integration, and fielding across range infrastructures and airborne/weapons platforms. Responsibilities include coordination of engineering changes, technology insertion, and management of all flight clearance documentation for internal and external installations. Contingent on Contract Award.Essential Job FunctionsThe expertise shall cover GPS-BRIE design, development, deployment/fielding, obsolete component replacements, historical upgrades, technology insertion, integration, documentation and engineering changes into T&T range infrastructure, integration into airborne/weapons platforms, and GPS BRIE external (pods)/internal mount flight clearance documentation and approval processes for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and Seek Eagle.The PM shall be the principal point of contact (POC) for all GPS-BRIE day-to-day operations, including all GPS-BRIE contractual, financial, and technical matters.At a minimum, the PM shall meet in person with the Government Tri-Service GPS SMO PM (and COR if different than the PM) a minimum of once per quarter, additional meetings as necessary.The PM may be required to provide biweekly cost and schedule updates to the GPS SMO through in-person meetings, teleconferences, or scheduled MS Teams meetings as agreed to by the Government and the contractor.Job RequirementsDue to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.Associates degree with a minimum of 10+ years of technical expertise in NAWCWD range operations, GPS-BRIE instrumentation, and NAVAIR flight clearances.Must possess 5+ years of experience managing subcontracts and OEM supply chains to successfully oversee all technical, financial, and schedule reporting.Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance throughout the duration of employment.Have a minimum of 10 years of experience working with NAVAIR/NAWCWD T&T ranges and program offices of record.Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract/purchase order (PO) request for proposal (RFP) preparation and oversight/management.Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with GPS-BRIE OEMs and suppliers.Desired SkillsExperience working with a variety of DoD ranges is a plus.
