Job Description: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on healthcare, regulatory, compliance, employment, and operational mattersLead and evolve the company's legal and compliance strategy across multiple marketsPartner closely with operations, growth, product, and clinical teams to enable compliant innovationOversee payer contracting, vendor agreements, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiationsGuide HIPAA/privacy, Medicare & Medicaid, value-based care, telehealth, and risk management initiativesBuild scalable legal processes, policies, and compliance programs that support rapid growthManage litigation, audits, investigations, and outside counsel relationshipsRequirements: JD from an accredited law school & active State Bar membership10+ years of healthcare legal experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environmentsDeep expertise in healthcare regulations, payer contracting, compliance, and operational strategyStrong executive presence with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business solutionsExperience supporting scaling organizations, market expansion, and innovative care modelsBenefits: Health insuranceProfessional development opportunities
