Critical Path Method (CPM) SchedulersLocations: Columbia, SC | Charlotte, NC | North Charleston, SC | Detroit, MI | Columbus, OH View Standard Candidate Qualifications Wait, What Is CPM Scheduling? Applicants must be authorized to work for any United States employer. ACM is unable to sponsor or take over any sponsorships for an employment visa. Must be experienced in critical path method (CPM) scheduling by utilizing Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other project management software program. Outage, resource, and/or cost loading experience is a plus. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the construction, petrochemical, and/or utility industries. Schedulers Must Be Able To: Develop and update weekly schedules working with owner and contractor superintendents, field engineers, and project managers; Evaluate project schedule progress, performance and proactively identify developing problem areas; Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to project completion and recommend alternative work paths; Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules. Must be able to engage and effectively communicate with project team members to receive and produce schedule information; participate fully and effectively in all project meetings and discussions; and support the management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures, and systems. Additionally, candidates should be interested in supporting an environment of collaboration and interdependence.
