Job DescriptionECS is seeking a Lead Facilitator - Cybersecurity Strategy & Engagement (FCEB) to work in our Arlington, VA office.We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Facilitator to drive strategic cybersecurity engagements across the Federal Civilian Executive Branch (FCEB). This role is responsible for designing and leading interactive, high-impact engagements focused on cybersecurity risk mitigation, Zero Trust implementation, and cyber hygiene best practices.The ideal candidate brings a blend of executive presence, deep cybersecurity domain expertise, and advanced facilitation skills to influence senior federal stakeholders and deliver measurable mission outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Facilitation & Engagement LeadershipLead and facilitate multiple concurrent engagements with federal agencies focused on cybersecurity risk mitigation, Zero Trust architecture, and cyber hygiene practices Design and deliver interactive workshops, working sessions, and executive briefings tailored to diverse stakeholder groups Create collaborative, outcome-driven environments that promote knowledge transfer, alignment, and actionable results Executive Advisory & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior government leaders, providing strategic guidance on cybersecurity priorities and transformation efforts Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences Build and maintain strong relationships across agency leadership, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders Program Oversight & Delivery ExcellenceProvide oversight across engagements to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with federal cybersecurity priorities Lead multidisciplinary teams with both direct and indirect reporting structures Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction Data Analytics & Impact MeasurementDevelop and implement frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of engagements Leverage data analytics to assess risk reduction, maturity improvements, and overall program value Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making and continuous improvement Learning & Development FacilitationApply adult learning principles to create engaging, interactive experiences that drive retention and behavioral change Foster a collaborative learning culture that encourages participation, innovation, and shared problem-solving Continuously refine facilitation techniques and materials based on feedback and outcomesRequired SkillsMust be a US Citizen Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or related field, with a strong focus on federal environmentsDemonstrated experience supporting FCEB agencies or similar government organizations Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior executive stakeholders Extensive experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or strategic engagements for adult learners Strong leadership experience managing teams with both direct and indirect reporting relationships Advanced analytical skills with experience measuring program outcomes, impact, and performance Desired SkillsDeep knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks, NIST standards, and federal cybersecurity mandates Experience supporting large-scale cybersecurity transformation or modernization initiatives Background in organizational change management or human-centered design Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, Agile certifications) Key CompetenciesExecutive presence and strategic thinking Exceptional facilitation and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments Collaborative leadership and team development Adaptability in dynamic, mission-driven settings ImpactThis role plays a critical part in strengthening the cybersecurity posture of federal agencies by enabling informed decision-making, fostering collaboration, and driving measurable improvements in risk mitigation and resilience.#ECS1ECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
