If you are a Journeyman Electrician with a can-do attitude who takes pride in his work, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesField OperationsOversee multiple projects and job sites simultaneouslyEnsure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and contract documentsCoordinate daily with foremen and crewsWorkforce ManagementAssign and manage field personnelAdjust manpower based on project demandsMaintain discipline and accountability on all job sitesScheduling & ProductionDevelop and manage 2–3 week look-ahead schedulesEnsure projects meet milestones and deadlinesCoordinate with other tradesQuality ControlInspect work prior to inspectionsMinimize punch list items and reworkEnforce company installation standardsSafetyEnforce OSHA and company safety policiesConduct safety meetings and jobsite auditsInvestigate and report incidentsMaterials & EquipmentCoordinate material needs with PMEnsure proper tools and equipment are availablePrevent delays and wasteCommunicationAct as primary field contact for GCs and inspectorsAttend job meetingsReport progress and issues to managementBudget AwarenessMonitor labor productivityIdentify cost overruns earlySupport change order documentationQualifications7+ years electrical field experience3+ years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of NEC and local codesAbility to manage multiple projectsStrong communication and leadership skillsBase Salary or HourlyPerformance Bonus (based on KPIs)Company Vehicle
