You value working in a collaborative clinical team and enjoy contributing to a positive, professional environment.Job Summary:We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our busy interventional pain clinic. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of pain management experience and is comfortable managing approximately 25-30 patients per day in a high-functioning outpatient environment. This position is based in Mesa, AZ with occasional coverage in Scottsdale.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with chronic and acute pain conditionsOrder and manage interventional procedures, from basic to advanced techniquesEducate patients about treatment options including procedural, pharmacologic, and non-pharmacologic therapiesAdhere to a maximum MME of 90, with occasional grandfathered exceptionsPromote the use of ancillary treatments such as physical therapy or evidence-based modalitiesCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with clinical protocolsPrerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in ArizonaMinimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Pain ManagementDEA license and prescriptive authority in good standingExperience managing high patient volumes (25?30/day)Comfortable with EMR systems and procedural orderingIf you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
