This includes responsibilities such as applying credit memos, adjusting zero dollar orders, price adjusting orders for stores, monitoring unfulfilled orders, etc.Process inventory resolutions for customers. This includes correcting order errors within 24 hours of the issue surfacing.Identifying opportunities to create an exceptional experience for the customer, whether that be through locating an item they would like to purchase or recognizing how we can leave an impactful impression that creates a repeat customerEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure all HOMAGE customers have the best experience possible, an experience that is personalized and unique.Communicate with customers via email, live chat, the phone, and other channels on occasion; resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and building a connection to the brand.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HOMAGE product line, history, and events.Provide customer feedback to internal teams to help identify improvements to our site or products and create a better customer experience.Collaborate with social media, retail, and fulfillment team members to resolve customer issues and ensure cohesive and consistent service.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of systems and tools used to execute customer service solutions.Attend training and provide end user guidance for system and process implementation.Provide support and guidance for new or seasonal All Stars.Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.What are we looking for in a Customer Experience All Star?Ability to communicate well through speech and writing with an empathetic and customer-centric approach.Ability to manage multiple work channels and prioritize incoming tasks.Ability to use process knowledge and creativity to problem solve.Capable of handling various flows of volume and stress.Proficient in computer use and able to learn and navigate a variety of platforms and systems.HOMAGE will make reasonable accommodations for team members for known physical or mental limitations unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the operation of our business.HOMAGE is an equal opportunity employer.Candidates should have the legal right to work in the United States and should be willing to submit to a background check.Are you ready to make HOMAGE a part of your story?
